Cooper Associates are delighted to announce that Owen Irish has successfully graduated from the Academy programme and is now fully qualified as a mortgage adviser.

The Cooper Associates Academy offers a limited number of individuals the opportunity to become a successful adviser within Cooper Associates. Previous Academy graduates have had successful career track records coming from all areas of the community. Bankers, professionals, sports people and military officers have all found the Academy to be the perfect stepping stone into their advisory career.

The Academy provides an extensive and rigorous training and development programme which is designed to equip each individual with the skills, knowledge and competency needed to become a successful mortgage adviser. This also includes studying for, and completing, the necessary qualifications. Mentoring is also a key part of the Academy and candidates have access to experienced advisers within all areas of the business to enable them to gain a holistic insight into the paths their careers may take once qualified. Upon graduation, each individual will achieve a formal competency sign off before moving into the mortgage advisory department.
