Over the past few weeks the UK has been united in its admiration of the resilience, determination and bravery shown by those working within the NHS.

NHS staff are doing an amazing job of caring for so many people right now, yet we understand they may have concerns regarding the financial matters of themselves and their family. To show our appreciation for the amazing work of NHS staff we have introduced a dedicated NHS hotline, where our advisers can provide complimentary advice, support and guidance on financial matters, such as mortgage payment holidays.

You do not need to be an existing Cooper Associates client, we would be pleased to provide support to any NHS worker who would like to discuss any financial concerns they may have, at a time to suit them.

Our Advisers are available to work around shift patterns to arrange telephone or video call appointments and provide the support and guidance you need. NHS staff can contact us via our dedicated NHS staff hotline by calling 01823 795517 (8.45am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday) or send an email to (emails monitored from 8.00am – 10.00pm seven days a week)
