We are pleased to welcome Helen Grendon. Helen will be acting as an administrator in the mortgage department.

Helen will be providing full administration support to the mortgage advisory team, and be responsible for ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. Her role will focus on liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure all mortgage applications are processed according to our strict internal guidelines. Helen will be developing her understanding of mortgage regulation by undertaking the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and practice.

Helen commented on her appointment –

“I’m extremely excited to join Cooper Associates as they are a highly reputable company and will provide the support and opportunity for me to succeed in the world of finance. I’m looking forward to embarking on the qualifications to not only increase my own knowledge but to help me progress within the company. The job itself will allow me to showcase my customer service skills which I know is of paramount importance to the business.”
