Before joining Cooper Associates Hattie worked as a recruitment consultant across multiple sectors, where she developed a strong people first approach. Hattie excelled in building and maintaining lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, which helped ensure they had a positive experience throughout every stage of the process.

Hattie is a driven individual who aims to create meaningful connections with clients and support them throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Hattie enjoys exercising through the form of yoga, having fun at music festivals, relaxing with her cat at home and socialising with family and friends.
