Understand the workplace pension process
It is an obligation of all company directors and business owners to understand the process involved for their company with regard to the workplace pension scheme. It’s important you are clear on what is involved and the duties you must carry out in order to be compliant with the scheme.
In April 2019 employer contributions were increased to a minimum of 3%, with member contributions of a minimum of 5%, including 1% tax rate relief.
