Thomas is the Managing Director of Cooper Associates Mortgages and has been with the company for over a decade.

Thomas is responsible for overseeing and ensuring excellent outcomes and exceptional service for our clients, the operational and compliant performance of the business, and providing the best possible working environment for our Advisers, Client Relationship Managers and staff.

Prior to joining Cooper Associates in 2014, Thomas worked for Lloyds Banking Group, where he experienced various roles and branches for nearly a decade.

Thomas’s career at Cooper Associates began within The Academy (LEAP). He subsequently became a Mortgage & Protection Adviser before advancing to Senior Mortgage & Protection Adviser. Following this, Thomas become the company’s first Adviser Development Manager where he was responsible for the training of our Academy (LEAP) joiners. In addition, he also delivered the technical and professional development of our Advisers and most importantly their support for our clients. In October 2021 Thomas became the Managing Director of Cooper Associates Mortgages. Thomas reports into the Board of Cooper Associates Group and also offers wider support on the operational efficiencies and technology used within the Group.

A dedicated husband and father to two young children, Thomas can be found spending his time with his family. Thomas is also a keen tennis player when time, and weather, allows.
