Shannon is a Senior Client Relationship Manager in the Cooper Associates Mortgages team.

Shannon’s main responsibilities include ensuring all mortgage applications are processed in an efficient way, liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents, and supporting clients throughout the application process.

Prior to joining Cooper Associates, Shannon worked in the banking sector, managing a branch and conducting client interviews and risk assessments. Since joining Cooper Associates, Shannon has completed a number of professional qualifications, continuously developing her skills.

Shannon also holds the role of Cooper Associates’ Director of Sport, responsible for organising fixtures in a variety of sports both internally and against other companies.

In her spare time, Shannon enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
