Lucy Hawkins has been appointed as Receptionist at our head office in Taunton.
Lucy’s role means she will maintain and service the reception area to deliver the ‘only client’ experience we thrive on, whilst meeting key objectives and providing support to the wider Cooper Associates Group.
Upon her appointment, Lucy expressed her delight in starting the new role:
“Four years of working in the hospitality industry highlighted my determination and passion for delivering excellent customer service. My employment at Somerset County Cricket Club introduced me to their ground naming rights sponsor, Cooper Associates. I quickly learned we share the same values when it comes to treating customers. I am delighted to be joining Cooper Associates and to experience the great opportunities they have to offer.”
