Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is Cooper Associates Group, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 40, St. James Buildings, St James St, Taunton TA1 1JR (“the Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
    2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  3. Competition Period
    3.1 The competition will open on 10th February 2025 and close at 11:59pm on 13th June 2025 (“the Competition Period”). Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.
  4. How to Enter
    4.1 To enter, participants must complete and submit the associated form.
    4.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including technical faults or failures beyond its control.
  5. Prize
    5.1 The prize consists of one (1) Gloucester Rugby shirt signed by members of the Gloucester Rugby team.
    5.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
    5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification
    6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
    6.2 The winner will be notified via [email/phone/social media] within 5 business days of the competition closing.
    6.3 If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  7. Delivery of Prize
    7.1 The prize will be delivered to the winner at the end of the rugby season, with an estimated delivery date of 1st July 2025.
    7.2 The Promoter will arrange for delivery to a UK address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services.
  8. General
    8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    8.2 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    8.3 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. Data Protection
    9.1 Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://thecooperway.com/privacy/
    9.2 The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name and/or social media handle in promotional material related to the competition.
  10. Governing Law
    10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    10.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
