Jack works within the Client Relationship team at Cooper Associates Mortgages.

Jack’s main responsibilities include providing administrative support to clients and their advisers. By processing mortgage and protection applications, he helps ensure all requirements are met, while keeping clients informed throughout each stage of the mortgage process.

Jack’s experience in the hospitality industry has helped him develop strong customer service skills through daily interaction with a wide range of customers in a fast-paced environment. This has strengthened his ability to communicate effectively, remain professional under pressure, and deliver a consistently high level of service while managing individual client needs.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys staying active. He regularly plays rugby for Taunton RFC, spends time on the golf course, and enjoys running and going to the gym. He also likes catching up with friends over coffee and watching T20 cricket during the summer months.
