Jade works in the Client Relationship Manager team within Cooper Associates Mortgages.

Jade’s role involves liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure the smooth progression of clients’ mortgage applications. She is always available to answer client questions, giving them peace of mind throughout their application process and providing progress updates when requested.

Jade has a career background in the hospitality industry and has a passion for customer-facing roles. Over the course of her career, she has completed professional certifications and enjoys expanding her knowledge of customer service skills.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys running and socialising with those close to her. She spends as much time as possible enjoying coastal walks and cycle trails in Padstow with her partner and enjoys bringing out her creative side through the upcycling of furniture.
