Lee is the Founder and Chairman of Cooper Associates Group.

Over the last 20 years he has helped build Cooper Associates into one of the most respected financial services businesses. While no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the Group, Lee remains actively engaged as Chairman, supporting the Board and leadership team and helping to ensure the business stays true to the principles on which it was founded.

One of the things Lee is most proud of is seeing people within the business develop, take on leadership roles, and achieve more than they thought possible.

Married with four children, Lee has a wide range of business and personal interests. Sport has always been a particular passion, especially cricket, and he now spends much of his time coaching young players through both club and school cricket.
