Prior to joining Cooper Associates, Michael enjoyed a successful career in the travel industry, where he honed his customer service skills by working closely with clients to plan their perfect cruise and land getaways. This experience further developed his passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused service.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors (especially the beautiful beaches of the South West) and going on walks. He is also passionate about keeping fit and enjoys playing football whenever his children allow him the time.
