Natalie is a Senior Client Relationship Manager within Cooper Associates Mortgages.
In her role, Natalie supports the needs of our clients and advisers to ensure that all mortgage applications are processed smoothly and efficiently. She liaises with lenders, solicitors and estate agents and is always on hand to answer client questions regarding the status of their application.
Prior to joining Cooper Associates, Natalie had an extensive, two-decade long career in the travel industry where she worked in managerial roles, working closely with clients to build relationships and honing her customer service skills.
Natalie is a keen traveller, and enjoys exploring new places, raising her family and planning her next adventure.
