Nick is an Associate Director within Cooper Associates Mortgages.

Nick is responsible for the day-to-day support of the existing mortgage advisers, but also the training and development of new advisers that join via the LEAP programme.

Prior to joining Cooper Associates, Nick was a Detective in Avon & Somerset Constabulary, dealing with a variety of major crime investigations and supporting vulnerable victims within the community. This wealth of experience has provided Nick with the necessary skills to support the advisory team, ensuring a cool, calm approach to problem solving and client outcomes.

In his personal time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and watching and playing a variety of sports. Nick is the Vice Chairman and Treasurer to a growing local youth football club, which provides participation to all children including those with learning and physical disabilities. The club motto is “Every Child Plays”, something which Nick is passionate about, to ensure fair participation for all, irrespective of ability.
