Paul is a Microsoft Engineer within the Technology team at Cooper Associates Group.

Having previously worked in private education, Paul brings over 10 years of experience in IT. He is passionate about delivering a high-quality user experience, with a strong attention to detail and a friendly, approachable service.

Paul holds a City & Guilds Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT Software, Web and Telecoms, as well as an ITIL 4 Foundation certification. He is currently working towards a further five Microsoft qualifications.

Paul’s role includes implementing new technologies, maintaining the performance of back-end IT systems, and ensuring IT runs smoothly and effectively for colleagues across the business.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys staying hands-on with his interests. Whether it’s riding bikes, tinkering with computers, cars or cameras, or spending time with friends, he is always keeping busy.
