Rachel Plaw works within the Client Relationship Management team at Cooper Associates Mortgages.

In her role, Rachel provides support to our mortgage advisers throughout the client journey, ensuring applications are processed efficiently and accurately from the initial stages through to completion. She works closely with clients, lenders, and advisers, helping to keep all parties informed and ensuring requirements are met throughout the process. She takes pride in providing a smooth and supportive experience, keeping clients updated and offering reassurance every step of the way.

With over 25 years of customer service experience, Rachel has built a varied career across the travel, charity, and administrative sectors. These experiences have helped develop Rachel’s passion for building positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and always delivering a high standard of support and service throughout the client journey.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, indulging in a little retail therapy, and making the most of any opportunity to be by the coast.
