Ruby is a Mortgage and Protection Adviser within the Cooper Associates Mortgages team.

Ruby is passionate about helping clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence and is committed to providing clear, straightforward and personalised advice. She focuses on making what can often feel like a complex process as seamless and stress-free as possible, and prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients and helping them feel confident every step of the way.

Prior to joining Cooper Associates, Ruby worked as an Account Manager for an inward investment agency, supporting clients and businesses looking to establish themselves or expand into the West of England. In this role, she worked closely with a wide range of clients, helping them understand the opportunities available to them while delivering an excellent personalised service. This experience strengthened her communication and relationship-management skills, which she now brings to her current role.

Outside of work, Ruby enjoys a coffee and a stroll around Bristol Harbour, exploring new places and food spots, and spending time with friends.
