Sam works within the Client Relationship team at Cooper Associates Mortgages.
Sam’s primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to clients and their advisers. She processes mortgage and protection applications, helping to ensure all requirements are met accurately while keeping clients informed throughout each stage of the application process to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
Sam previously worked as an account manager within the beauty industry, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service. This experience enhanced her communication skills and her ability to build positive relationships while supporting clients with their individual needs.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting lost in a good book. She is also passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle, with interests including running, going to the gym, and long walks with her dog.
