Samantha is the CEO of Cooper Associates Group.
Samantha is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Group’s short and long-term strategies. Her leadership ensures the alignment of the company’s objectives with the market demands and stakeholder expectations, driving sustained growth and innovation across all divisions. Samantha also leads the firm’s acquisition strategy.
Samantha’s journey with the company began in 2009 and, since then, she has been instrumental in shaping its trajectory. She has held numerous key positions, including Group Managing Director.
Samantha graduated from Cardiff University and initially joined Cooper Associates Group in 2008. Her rapid ascent within the organisation saw her being appointed as a director in 2011. Before her tenure at Cooper Associates Group, Samantha gained valuable experience working for a prestigious FTSE financial firm in London.
