Cooper Associates Mortgages are delighted to welcome Paul Matakitoga, James Rowse, Antony Veevers, Jarryd Vince, and Hubert Wejnerowski to our LEAP Accelerator Programme.
Our five new mortgage advisers have embarked on the LEAP programme, undertaking continuous learning and qualifications under the guidance of Thomas Jackson, Managing Director and Nick Feetenby, Associate Director of Cooper Associates Mortgages.
LEAP accepts an exclusive group of people each year, with only a limited number of spaces available. While previous related experience is not required, applicants must possess a determined mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
Individuals who join the LEAP Accelerator Programme will have already demonstrated success elsewhere. By joining LEAP these advisers begin a career with control over their own diary, enjoy unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to progress in a timeframe that works for them.
For any candidate successfully applying to join the LEAP programme, their transferrable skills and work ethic will be honed by our experienced in-house team, to deliver an outstanding quality of mortgage adviser. Our LEAP programme has previously pivoted brilliant individuals from diverse backgrounds, including professional sportspersons, analysts, and military officers.

Paul Matakitoga joins our LEAP Accelerator Programme having previously worked as a manager in an operations centre for a large corporate firm. James Rowse joins from previous roles in education and as a manager of an insurance company.
Antony Veevers joins LEAP from a previous career as Head of PE at a senior school. Jarryd Vince joins from a role as a project manager for a major retail brand and Hubert Wejnerowski joins the cohort following a highly successful spell within the Client Relationship Team at Cooper Associates Mortgages.
