New recruits for Cheltenham’s latest LEAP Programme
The Cooper Associates Mortgages team is delighted to announce its latest round of growth as we welcome Adam Haines, Bethany Martin, Dale Lemon, Henry Momber and Samuel Bate to our LEAP Accelerator Programme.
The latest additions to the team will undertake an intensive course of learning and development as they complete the required professional qualifications under the instruction and guidance of Thomas Jackson, Managing Director, and Nick Feetenby, Associate Director of Cooper Associates Mortgages.
Twice a year, the LEAP programme accepts an exclusive cohort of exceptional talent, with a limited number of spaces available. Prior experience is not necessary; however, applicants must demonstrate determination and a strong desire to succeed.
Joining LEAP offers advisers a chance to take control of their career; managing their own dairies, progressing in a timeframe that works for them, and unlimited earnings potential.
Cooper Associates’ LEAP programme has already developed people from a range of background, including sportspersons, teachers and military officers, into exceptional mortgage advisers.
Ahead of the arrival of the latest recruits, Thomas Jackson, Managing Director of Cooper Associates Mortgages said:
“Welcoming our new advisers into the new LEAP is one of the most exciting parts of our year. Planning their schedule, delivering their training and witnessing their development in the months and years to come is hugely rewarding.”
Adam Haines joins the programme following a decade-long career in the banking industry where he worked as a senior manager. Bethany Martin joins us from the social and supported housing sector, where she managed a team responsible for income protection.
Dale Lemon joins the programme following a varied career both as a professional rugby player and carpenter. Henry Momber joins following a career in the recruitment industry and Samuel Bate joins from TBS where we worked providing financial support and guidance to vulnerable customers.
Thomas Jackson concludes:
“We wish our latest intake the very best of luck and we hope they enjoy the months to come as much as we do.”
Please join us in wishing Adam, Bethany, Dale, Henry and Sam every success as they embark on their new careers.
